3) User Responsibilities

– Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your IV appointment. This deposit will be applied to the total payment for your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, including if you cancel or reschedule your appointment.
– Refunds and Cancellations: Please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy for information regarding cancellations and refunds.
5) Intellectual Property
– Ownership: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Bioxcel Health or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
